Steve's lifelong passion for ministry has taken him on various paths, from working with Children's and Family programs to Small Groups, Executive and Administrative roles, and ultimately as the current Lead Pastor at Gulf Coast Church. Prior to his full-time ministry career, he served as a medic for 25 years before retiring. Steve's ministry efforts have taken him across the globe, as he has participated in numerous mission initiatives sponsored by the church. Steve has been happily married to Tracy for 35 years and cherishes his three lovely daughters and five amazing grandchildren. In his leisure time, he likes to engage in photography, travel, cycling, sports-watching, and reading.

Since 2022, Randy has been our dedicated youth pastor at Gulf Coast Church. Prior to joining us, he served as the lead pastor at the Imlay City Church of the Nazarene in Michigan. Randy shares his life with his wife, Jessica, and together they like to venture out and discover new places through day trips with their poodle, Barkley. Randy has a strong interest in technology and Milwaukee tools, but what truly brings him joy is interacting with people and displaying compassion towards them.

In 2022, Jessica joined Gulf Coast's team as the Director of Children's Ministry, leveraging her expertise in counseling to instill a sense of value in every child. Prior to her role at Gulf Coast Church, she served as a school counselor, working closely with young individuals on a daily basis. Jessica is happily married to Randy Wilkins, and together they care for their poodle named Barkley. During her leisure time, she likes to discover new coffee shops, express her creativity, and manage the church's social media.

For over two decades, Laurie has been a vital member of the Gulf Coast Church team, responsible for ensuring all business matters are sound. Alongside her administrative duties, she also lends her voice to the praise team and savors the great outdoors by running or walking. Engaging in small groups is also one of her favorite pastimes. Laurie exudes a friendly demeanor towards everyone, and the staff depends heavily on her expertise to keep the church functioning smoothly. Although she was raised in upstate New York, most of her life has been spent in Bradenton, where she raised her son Zachary. Now, she is thrilled to have gained a daughter-in-law named Keri and three adorable grandchildren, Noah, Kinley, and Melody.

Debbie, our Small Groups Director, has been an integral part of our team since 2020, contributing significantly to our small groups program's success at Gulf Coast Church. Her leadership has resulted in numerous lives transformed for the better. With a rich background in ministry, Debbie has served in worship teams and spearheaded various small group initiatives. She is happily married to Bret and together they cherish their furry friend Buddy, while also enjoying exploring the Bradenton region. Debbie is a proud mother to Melissa and David and has been blessed with Tricia, her daughter-in-law, and four beautiful grandchildren.

In 2023, Tiffany became a welcomed addition to the GCC team, serving as the Worship Arts Director. For the past decade, she has ministered as a worship leader at various churches in the Colorado Springs area. Additionally, Tiffany has held ministry roles at Focus on the Family and traveled extensively for missions abroad. Tiffany is happily married to Sam, who shares her passion for music, and together they have two children, Avery and Milo. Tiffany savors outdoor activities and running, but her true passion lies in the art of music and guiding others in worship.
