We work closely with the worship team to ensure that the technical aspects of our services support and enhance the worship experience. As a team, we work on a array of areas including sound quality to the lighting effects, to create a seamless and impactful service.
Holy Smoke BBQ Team
If you are passionate about cooking and enjoy serving others, we invite you to join our newest team, the Holy Smoke BBQ team! As a member of this team, you will assist our head chef, Bruce, in preparing and serving delicious food for our congregation and guests during our monthly Sunday lunch and other campus events.

Grounds Team
Maintaining the infrastructure and surroundings of Gulf Coast Church is a colossal undertaking that demands a significant amount of labor. Numerous projects require additional assistance, and we are actively seeking volunteers to lend a hand. Participants can choose their availability based on their schedule, and the tasks may involve constructing structures, mowing the lawn, or removing weeds. You have the liberty to decide which projects you enjoy and the amount of time you can devote to this exceptional team.
Office Volunteer
Volunteering with the Office at Gulf Coast Church is a great opportunity to use your skills and talents to serve our congregation and community. As a member of our front office team, you will be the first point of contact for visitors, members, and callers to our church. You will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, and responding to emails, as well as providing information and assistance to those who need it. The Baptism Team plays a vital role in ensuring that baptisms run smoothly at our church. They are responsible for setting up the baptismal tank and ensuring that everything is in order for baptism Sundays. They work closely with our staff and are the go-to team if any assistance is needed during the baptismal service.

Anchored Youth
Anchored is a dynamic and thriving youth group at Gulf Coast Church, designed to help middle and high school students grow in their faith and develop strong relationships with Jesus. As a volunteer with Anchored Youth, you will have the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on the lives of young people in our community.As a safety measure, we require background checks for all leaders.
GC Kids Team
The leaders of our Kids Ministry serve children ranging from nursery to fifth grade, creating an inclusive environment where they feel a sense of belonging. Avenue 941 Team
Gulf Coast Church has a wonderful partnership with Avenue 941, an after-school program designed to provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to receive tutoring and mentoring. As a volunteer with Avenue 941, you will have the opportunity to make a difference in the lives of under-served youth and help them thrive in school. At Gulf Coast Church, we believe that all children deserve a safe and nurturing environment in which to learn and grow. As such, all volunteers with Avenue 941 are required to undergo a background check to ensure the safety and well-being of our children.
Events Team
Organizing occasions takes a considerable amount of manpower. Whether it's embellishing the church during Christmas or gearing up for an on-campus event. The security team at our church serves as vigilant protectors of our members during Sunday morning services. To ensure the safety of our congregation, we mandate background checks for anyone interested in joining our team. If you have a passion for safeguarding others and possess experience as a former police officer, military personnel, or concerned citizen, we invite you to become a part of our security team.
Small Groups Team

209 Coffee Bar Team

As a barista or taking orders you will play a crucial role in welcoming visitors to Gulf Coast Church and making them feel at home.You will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives by serving up delicious coffee and creating meaningful connections with our visitors.
